The Board of Directors of the Paradise Bay Property Owners Association is actively involved in organizing Community Events to enhance neighborhood engagement.
Members are welcome to join the Paradise Bay Property Owners Association (POA) Facebook forum page. All members who reside in Paradise Bay may contribute to this community space. To gain approval, you must answer all questions and accept the rules of the POA. This page is exclusively for Paradise Bay members.
This forum serves as a platform for members to communicate directly with the Board of Directors and address any concerns they may have. The Board of Directors consists of dedicated volunteers who work for all members. We strive to do our best for everyone in Paradise Bay, including organizing various community events!
The Board of Directors organizes various community events throughout the year to bring neighbors together. These community events promote friendship, cooperation, and a stronger sense of belonging within our neighborhood, as fostered by the Paradise Bay Property Owners Association.
Paradise Bay POA was established in 1966 by Red Sails Estates. Paradise Bay is within the city limits of Tool, Texas and follows city building and property maintenance codes.
Members enjoy low annual dues of $60 and are mandatory with property ownership.
Board meetings are held monthly on the 3rd Tuesday and are open to all members. Meeting location is announced on the Member Messages page along with announcements of special meetings and/or changes of time of meeting.
The Annual Meeting is held in October. The annual election of officers and board directors as well as adoption of the yearly budget occurs at this meeting.
